BOARDING

Here at The Dog Haus we want your pet to feel at home, they deserve to enjoy a great night's sleep after a long day of fun in daycare. Our kennels and suites come in different sizes to accommodate your pet the best way possible. If you have multiple dogs, you may choose to board them together or separate. Please keep in mind we only board guests in the same suite if they are from the same household. Make sure your pet is equipped with enough food for their stay. The Dog Haus will provide house food if necessary but there will be a $2.00 charge per day your dog is fed.

Dogs are much happier when they get a day of play and exercise, our goal is to have all of our pups tired and ready for bed after a long day of play, preventing anxiety or boredom. We require that all our guests complete a Temperament Test before any boarding or daycare reservations can be made. The best part is that DAYCARE IS INCLUDED in all our boarding stays at no extra charge!

We do not accept pets that are diabetic or have other medical needs that require 24 hour surveillance.

We are happy to supply your pet with their oral and topical medications at no charge. Please note that we do not administer injected medications nor are we able to give medications outside of our normal business hours.

A Dog Haus Membership is now required to make appointments. Joining is free. Once you join you will be required to complete our Guest Application & Agreement. We look forward to caring for your pup.

VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS

Distemper (DHLPP), Rabies, Bordetella (Kennel Cough) and a clean fecal exam. We require the Bordetella vaccination (intranasal) and fecal exam be renewed every six months by your vet. This information has to be provided before making your reservation to secure a spot for daycare and/or boarding. Any vaccination cannot expire during their stay.

We strongly suggest and recommend, but don't at this point require, your dog to have had its Canine Influence Vaccination, there were confirmed cases in Jackson and Josephine County last year.

WHAT TO BRING

Please bring your pet's food either in individual ziploc bags containing each meal's portion, or their food bag/container with feeding instructions attached. In case you forget your dog's food, or their stay is extended, we can provide Haus food for an extra charge of $2.00 per meal.

Your dog's suite has plenty of space for personal belongings, so feel free to bring any toys, blankets, etc., that would make him or her feel comfortable while staying with us!

Any dog still here after 7:00pm will be given a Haus Suite, house food for dinner, and a good night's rest until the owner can come pick up him/her the next day.
